Benedicta Quarshie

Project Manager

Benedicta Quarshie is the Project Manager at the Ankumah Foundation, bringing a robust academic background and practical experience in architecture and project management. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where her research focused on the accessibility of recreational facilities for children with disabilities. She also graduated with First Class Honours in her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from KNUST, demonstrating her academic excellence.

Benedicta's professional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Architecture at KNUST, where she contributed to student development and academic research. She has also completed internships with the University of Cape Coast Grounds and Gardens, where she was involved in architectural design, drafting, and project supervision.

In her role at the Ankumah Foundation, Benedicta leverages her skills in inclusive design and urban planning to manage projects that enhance community infrastructure and accessibility. Her competencies in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion, combined with her leadership skills, make her a valuable asset to the foundation’s mission of promoting sustainable and inclusive community development.
