She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (Nutrition) from the University of Health and Allied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texila American University.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Lily has demonstrated exceptional skills in patient care, disease management, and community health. Her professional journey includes roles as a Principal Nursing Officer in the Public Health Unit at the University of Cape Coast Hospital, where she assessed and managed nutritional diseases, planned public health programs, and provided education on breastfeeding strategies. She has also served as a Senior Nursing Officer in the Surgical and Medical Ward, handling a wide range of medical cases and ensuring optimal pre and post-surgical care.
